
Casa Buitoni lies not far from where Giulia Buitoni set up the world's first pasta business. For years a Buitoni family home, the Casa became a testimonial to the authentic Italian tradition of cooking. Today, it is the base for several Buitoni operations, including research and product development.
Every Buitoni product is still the result of an almost home-made process and idea, just as it was in the beginning. Many of our best-loved products were created here in our own kitchens.
At the Casa Buitoni's Culinary Development Centre, our experts work full time on new food ideas inspired by the Buitoni tradition. When you visit the Casa you can see the chefs in action and watch demonstrations on the preparation of both new dishes and traditional Italian favourites.
